We are seeking a passionate and dedicated EmploymentCoach to join our Inclusive EmploymentAustralia program at our Rouse Hill site 3 days a week and 2 days a week at our Mount Druittsite , where you will make a meaningful and lasting impacton people's lives.

In this role, you will work closely with participants tounderstand their individual circumstances, build confidence andskills, and connect them with tailored employment opportunities.You will also collaborate with employers and service providers tosupport inclusive workplace outcomes while meeting programrequirements and performance targets.

Key responsibilities:

- Provide onetoone coaching, guidance and needs assessments tohelp participants overcome barriers to employment.
- Support with career planning to enhance job readiness skills,including resume writing, interview preparation, and job searchstrategies.
- Engage with employers and stakeholders to source, match andbroker suitable employment opportunities.
- Deliver individual case management and facilitate referrals toservices addressing vocational and nonvocational barriers.
- Provide ongoing postplacement support to promote sustainedemployment.

About You

You work well independently while contributing positively to asupportive team. You bring enthusiasm, empathy and a genuinecommitment to helping people with diverse needs achieve meaningfulemployment. With strong administration skills, attention to detailand the ability to meet deadlines and performance targets, you'reconfident working in a fastpaced,



participantfocused environment.The successful candidate will demonstrate:

- Robust team player with excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills.
- Selfmotivated, organised and able to manage deadlines andcompeting priorities.
- Skilled in interpersonal communication, negotiation andresolving issues with practical, innovative solutions.
- Lived experience of disability or experience supporting peoplewith disability.
- Understanding of employment barriers and the ability to workrespectfully with people from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Key screening requirements:

- Be willing to complete a Working with Children Check andNational Police Check.
- Tertiary qualification in Disability or Community Services orwilling to actively work towards a qualification.
- Be eligible to work in Australia.
