You will interpret, source and supply parts accurately for workshop and retail customers while maintaining stock records and supporting efficient dealership operations.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Interpret and supply parts for technicians and retail guests.

- Process orders, invoices, credits and supplier requests accurately.

- Maintain stock records and support inventory control.

- Receipt, store and issue parts safely and correctly.

- Use parts catalogues and dealership systems to identify components.

- Work closely with Service and Workshop teams to meet operational needs.

About You

Essential

- Strong accuracy, organisation and customer-service capability.

- Confidence learning parts catalogues and computer systems.

- Ability to manage multiple requests in a busy environment.





- Current driver licence and Australian working rights where required.

Desirable, but not essential

- Automotive parts or dealership experience.

- Knowledge of vehicle components.

- Experience in stock control, warehousing or trade-counter service.
