As a Technical Field Engineer , you'll support customer environments across a diverse range of technologies, providing onsite and remote technical assistance to ensure systems remain operational, secure, and productive. From desktops and laptops to servers, network devices, AV equipment, and technology kiosks, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service and minimizing disruption for customers.

What You'll Do

- Provide onsite and remote support across desktops, laptops, servers, network devices, AV/meeting rooms, and technology kiosks.

- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware, software, networks, and peripherals.

- Perform system installations, upgrades, relocations, and equipment changes.

- Support network infrastructure through operational support and preventive maintenance activities.

- Test and certify PCs, servers, network devices, and approved business applications.





- Respond to incidents, manage escalations, and deliver resolutions within SLA targets.

- Build trusted client relationships through responsive, professional technical support.

- Maintain high standards of customer service, professionalism, and technical excellence.

What You'll Bring

- High School Diploma, GED, Associate Degree, or relevant technical certification.

- 1-2 years of experience in IT support, desktop support, field services, or a similar technical environment.

- Foundational knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting methodologies.

- Strong communication and customer-facing skills.

- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple support activities.

- Genuine passion for technology and a desire to continuously learn and develop.
