We're looking for aproactive and community-minded Maintenance Officer to support the presentation,safety and ongoing maintenance of three vibrant Retirement Living communitiesacross Pendle Hill, Forestville and Castle Cove. Working closely with residents,village teams and the Property Services Manager, you'll play an important rolein creating welcoming communities that residents are proud to call home

Your Contribution

- Maintainthe presentation, safety and functionality of buildings, pathways, communalfacilities, outdoor spaces and surrounding grounds across three Retirement Living communities
- Performgeneral repairs, maintenance and preventative maintenance activities toensure communities remain attractive, safe and well maintained.
- Respondpromptly to maintenance requests and property issues, ensuring Residentsreceive friendly, skilled and responsive service.
- Coordinateand supervise external contractors to ensure works are completed safely,efficiently and to the required standard.
- Buildstrong and respectful relationships with Residents,



community teams,contractors and service providers.
- Supportcompliance activities, property inspections, safety checks and maintenancerecord management.
- Useyour tech skills to manage work orders, reporting and maintenanceschedules.
- Bringa warm, collaborative and solutions-focused approach to every interaction.

The Essentials

- Tradequalifications or hands-on experience in property, facilities ormaintenance services.
- Solidunderstanding of WHS requirements and a strong safety mindset
- Astrong customer service focus and the ability to communicate respectfullywith older people.
- Beapproachable, empathetic, honest, patient and kind with a sense of humour
- Takepride in your work while being adaptable (your workplace is someone’shome)
- Confidenceusing mobile devices, apps and Microsoft Office and a willingness to learnnew systems
- CurrentDrivers Licence
- Arecent National Criminal History Check suitable for aged care orwillingness to acquire
