The Role:

We’re seeking a Bar Supervisor who brings energy, creativity, and leadership to the floor. You’ll lead a high-performing bar team, curate memorable guest experiences, and help create the vibe, from music and mood to mixology and service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, inspire, and develop your bar team
- Oversee daily bar operations with a hands-on approach
- Deliver seamless, high-quality service during busy periods
- Manage stock, ordering, and budgets
- Drive sales through creative promotions and activations
- Ensure health, safety, and compliance standards are met

About You:

- 2+ years’ experience in a bar or hospitality leadership role




- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and beverages
- Confident, supportive leader who enjoys developing others
- Passionate about delivering warm, genuine guest experiences
- Organised, adaptable, and solution-focused
- Versatile availability including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
