As the Overnight Gaming Supervisor, you'll be responsible for running the gaming operation during the graveyard shift and ensuring the venue remains safe, compliant and welcoming for customers.

Key responsibilities

- Supervising the gaming room and overnight team
- Gaming compliance and responsible gambling requirements
- Cash handling, balancing and end-of-shift procedures
- Maintaining venue security and safety standards
- Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues
- Supporting and developing team members
- Ensuring the venue is presented to a high standard throughout the night

About you

- Previous gaming experience
- Supervisory or leadership experience
- Current Victorian RSA and RSG qualifications
- Strong knowledge of gaming compliance
- Confidence working independently and making decisions
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Availability to work consistent overnight/graveyard shifts
