Middlemist Nurseries is a well-established and growing wholesale nursery based in Forest Glen (Glenorie), NSW . As our business continues to expand, we are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Stock Management & Logistics Coordinator to join our team.

About the Role
Working closely with our team, you'll play a key role in ensuring our nursery stock is accurately managed, customer orders are prepared to a high standard, and the day-to-day movement of plants and products runs smoothly.
This is a varied, hands-on position where no two days are the same. You'll work both independently and as part of a team, with the opportunity to develop your skills and take on greater responsibility as you grow with the business.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and coordinating nursery stock and inventory
- Monitoring stock levels, organisation and presentation
- Picking, preparing and packing customer orders
- Coordinating stock movements throughout the nursery
- Deliveries
- Plant care, potting and general nursery duties
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of a busy wholesale nursery
- Working collaboratively with the wider team to ensure customer orders are accurate, timely and presented to a high standard
About You
We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys being active and is excited by the opportunity to learn and grow.
You'll ideally bring:
- A genuine passion for plants, horticulture and the nursery industry
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- A reliable, positive and can-do attitude
- The ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently in a busy environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- The confidence to work independently and take initiative
- A willingness to learn new skills and take on increasing responsibility
- The ability to work comfortably in a physical, hands-on outdoor environment
- Previous nursery, horticultural, warehouse, stock management or logistics experience highly regarded
- A current driver's licence
