We are seeking an experienced and highly capable professional to join our team. To manage, coordinate, and supervise traffic control operations on-site, ensuring compliance with Traffic Management Plans (TMP), safety regulations, and minimizing disruption to the public.

This is a dynamic role that combines administrative responsibilities with construction client‑facing service delivery. Key Responsibilities

Act as the critical link between the construction/event site management, traffic control crews, and external stakeholders (e.g., local council, police, public) to ensure safe and efficient traffic management.

Securing new Projects through existing clients. Fostering new relationships with clients

Frequently inspecting worksites to verify compliance with safety regulations and identifying and mitigating risks.

Deliver a high standard of customer service across multiple communication channels, including face‑to‑face, telephone, Microsoft Teams, and email.

Attend unexpected incidents (e.g., accidents, broken-down vehicles) and implementing emergency traffic management plans.





Manage a calendar, including coordinating meetings and appointments with both clients and regulatory departments.

Leading and supervising traffic control crews (site supervisors/controllers) on-site

The Successful Candidate

Previous experience in traffic management is highly sort after, project administration, rostering coordination, project support, or similar client‑facing administrative roles is highly desirable.

A minimum of 2 years traffic management experience.

Strong general administrative capability, including skilled phone and email communication, appointment scheduling, and client interaction.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating a high level of professionalism towards our clients, suppliers and regulatory government departments

Intermediate to advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

Proactive, self‑motivated, and able to take initiative.

Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Must have TC ticket (level 1) and TMI ticket.
