We're looking for an experienced accounts and bookkeeping all-rounder to join our Woolloongabba office. You'll work closely with our CFO and support our teams at remote sites right across Australia — a genuinely varied role at the centre of the business.

Key duties for the role include:

- Handle day-to-day accounts tasks as a true office all-rounder — no two days the same.
- Process finance administration, includes all areas of AR, AP and Payroll functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance, all under tight schedules.
- Payroll and Superannuation processing for a team of over 100 employees, under the HIGA award.
- Work with Camp Managers to obtain paperwork to invoice clients on time.
- Look after the general running of the office – supplies, equipment and keeping things ticking along smoothly.
- Liaise closely with the CFO, based in SA, via phone, email and video call.

Experience and skills that will make your application stand out include:

- A strong bookkeeping background — Certificate IV in Bookkeeping/Accounting or equivalent hands‑on experience.
- Solid experience processing payroll.
- Confident with Xero. Experience with RMS, Employment Hero a bonus.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office, Word and Excel – must love spreadsheets.
- High level of accuracy and organisation, with the ability to juggle competing priorities.
- Strong communication skills — comfortable staying connected remotely with the CFO and site teams around the country.
- A genuine work ethic — reliable, proactive and takes ownership of the work.
- You are available to work within an office environment.
