Our ongoing commitment to the Australian plastics industry is demonstrated by the level of capital investment that we continue to dedicate to our up-to-date production facility in the south-east of Melbourne.

Due to recent expansion and growth, several opportunities exist for experienced Polymer Extrusion / Mill Operator, possessing good interpersonal and communication skills and who can confidently work under minimal guidance, to join our business.

The Role

Successful applicants will be members of an efficient and productive manufacturing team that ensure outcomes are achieved in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Candidates will need to demonstrate a solid plastics background in milling powders, compounding, masterbatch or recycling.

A minimum of 12 months experience in plastics is required.

Experience in any one area of polymer extrusion, milling powders, compounding, masterbatch or recycling is sufficient.

The opportunities relate to set shifts, for our night shift, working a standard 38-hour week.

Afternoon Shift 3pm - 11pm

Night Shift 11pm - 7am





Responsibilities Include:

Ensuring adherence to Health & Safety standards

Ensuring plant and machinery operates in accordance with procedural standards.

Maintaining specified quality on all Manufactured products.

Actively participating and assisting in the development and growth of the business.

Ensuring plant and work areas are maintained to agreed standards.

The Individual:

Must have a "can do" / flexible attitude.

Can perform duties with a degree of engagement and urgency.

Shares in the responsibility of the overall work site.

Participates in relevant training, development, and skills progression.

A valid Forklift Licence must be held at the commencement of employment.

Displays a commitment to process improvement with emphasis on waste reduction and output maximization.

Australian work rights are required for this position.
