The Good Shepherd Multi Academy Trust is seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Governance and Compliance Lead to join our team. In this strategic role, you will lead on all aspects of governance and regulatory compliance across our Trust, supporting board and committee effectiveness, and ensuring we meet all statutory obligations.
In this pivotal role, you will:
- Maintain statutory records and compliance tracking.
- Keeping Trust policies up to date and ensuring effective implementation
- Lead and deliver the Trust’s governance and compliance action plan.
- Oversee the Trust’s governance documents and risk management.
- Provide expert clerking support to the Trust Board and its committees.
- Act as the primary liaison between school and Trust leaders, trustees,
and members.
- Support trust-wide initiatives and provide a skilled reception for our Central Team Offices
