Mature Warm Nanny - Balaclava, Tues/Wed 4-8pm

We're a warm, busy professional family in Balaclava looking for a nanny to become a real part of our children's lives - someone reliable and loving who they can build a genuine bond with, on a regular weekly basis with room to grow into additional hours if it's a good fit.

Schedule:Tuesday or Wednesday, 4-8pm (fixed weekly), plus flexibility for additional household support hours as needed.

Children:Two kids, ages 2.5 and 4.5 - outgoing, affectionate, and strong-willed. Need someone who can hold boundaries confidently, not just supervise.

Candidate profile

- Suits a mature person - a skilled nanny and housekeeper, or someone with their own kids, who just knows how to care for kids and help support how the household runs
- Warm and nurturing,



but fair - comfortable setting and enforcing routine/limits with strong-willed kids
- Prior nanny experience essential; references required
- Current WWCC
- First Aid certified
- Own transport preferred, but our car can be made available for the right candidate (car seats can be provided if needed)

Scope: Core hours are childcare (pickup, activities, dinner/bath routine as relevant). Open to extending into light household support (tidying, meal prep, errands) for the right person with capacity.

Location: Balaclava, Melbourne.
