Our client is a leading designer and manufacturer of industrial fans and blowers, supplying high-quality equipment and solutions across a range of industries.

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Technician to join their team. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys troubleshooting, testing, wiring and working with industrial electrical equipment.

About the Role: You will be responsible for the electrical testing, wiring, maintenance and troubleshooting of industrial fans, motors and associated equipment.

Key responsibilities include:

- Test, wire and maintain industrial fans, motors and associated electrical components
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams and technical specifications
- Test motors and electrical components for functionality, safety and compliance
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues and identify root causes
- Carry out routine inspections and preventative maintenance
- Repair or replace faulty electrical components
- Complete FATs, performance testing, inspections and service documentation
- Maintain accurate maintenance and service records
- Work alongside other trades and contractors to ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently
- Provide technical support and guidance to other team members and apprentices




- Respond to service and operational issues as required
- Ensure all work is completed in line with relevant safety standards, regulations and procedures
- Communicate professionally with customers, supervisors and team members

What We're Looking For:

- Qualified Electrical Technician, Electrician or relevant electrical trade qualification
- Commercial or industrial electrical experience highly regarded
- Previous experience working with motors, machinery or industrial equipment
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and technical manuals
- Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
- Confident using electrical testing equipment including multimeters
- Experience with vibration sensors or trim balancing equipment is advantageous
- Solid attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Ability to work autonomously and manage tasks through to completion
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Physically capable of bending, kneeling, lifting and climbing as required
- Current driver's licence
