Waters Edge Restaurant, located in Parkes ACT at the edge of Lake Burley Griffin, is seeking two Chef/Cook to join our fine dining team. You will cook European and up-to-date Australian dishes to a high standard, working in a small 4-person kitchen, five days per week with night/weekend shifts.

The ideal candidate is trade qualified with Cert III in Commercial Cookery and at least 2 years in fine dining. Preference for previous Chef de Partie or Cook experience and availability after ACT
