This is a fantastic opportunity to join the team at The Melbourne Smile Centre, a leading dental practice in the heart of Toorak, Victoria. We are seeking a full-time Dental Assistant to play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting the smooth running of our practice.

What you'll be doing

Assisting the dentists chairside during procedures, ensuring the dental operatory is fully stocked and prepared

Maintaining accurate patient records and updating patient information in our practice management software

Sterilising and reprocessing instruments and equipment in line with infection control protocols

Providing outstanding customer service and a positive experience for all of our patients

Supporting the wider dental team with administrative tasks as required

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a Dental Assistant with reception experience highly regarded

Minimum of 1-2 years of dental assistant experience is required

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide warm and friendly customer service

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate patient records

A caring, compassionate and professional approach when interacting with patients





A commitment to continuously developing your skills and knowledge in the dental field

Australian work rights are required for this position

Experience with dental practice management software is required
