We are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Legal Clerk to support the administration of the NSW Government Legal Services Panel (NSWLSP).

Working with the NSWLSP Panel Manager, Panel Support Officer, Manager Data c& Reporting and Finance Analyst, you will provide administrative, data, reporting and stakeholder support to ensure accurate information, effective panel operations and compliance with NSW Government requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Support the day-to-day administration of the NSW Government Legal Services Panel.

Collect, validate and process monthly and quarterly reports, invoices, legal matter and cost data.

Assist with legal cost dashboards, annual reports and legal matter and cost reporting.

Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with records management procedures.

Develop robust working relationships with NSW Government agencies,



panel law firms and external stakeholders.

Assist with meetings, training sessions and forums across government and panel firms.

Identify data quality issues and contribute to business process improvements.

Key Skills & Experience

Strong administration, coordination and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.

Experience in data collection, validation, reporting, reconciliation and dashboard preparation.

Understanding of NSW Government procurement frameworks and compliance requirements.

Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills across internal and external organisations.

Experience with financial reporting, invoices, legal costs or government reporting will be highly regarded.
