About Our Client

A company in the industrial and manufacturing sector, located in Burnley.

Job Description

- Provide training and support to users as required.Configure and support SAP ECC FICO modules to meet business requirements.

- Provide day-to‑day BAU support across finance‑related SAP processes.

- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP FICO functional issues in production.

- Manage and respond to support tickets within agreed service levels.

- Investigate root causes and implement sustainable solutions.

- Work closely with Finance stakeholders to support process improvements.

- Assist with testing, documentation, deployments, and enhancement activities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful SAP FICO Analyst should have:





- Proven experience supporting SAP FICO within an SAP ECC environment.

- Strong configuration skills across Accounts Receivable (AR).

- Strong configuration skills across Accounts Payable (AP).

- Experience supporting Billing processes in SAP ECC.

- Demonstrated experience troubleshooting production support issues.

- Previous experience working in a ticket‑based support environment.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem‑solving skills.
