Felons Seafood at Manly Wharf is looking for passionate and experienced Chef de Partie’s to join our kitchen team.

Set right on the water at Manly Wharf, Felons Seafood is all about fresh produce, quality seafood, excellent drinks and an energetic atmosphere. We're looking for chefs who thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in putting out consistently great food.

Key responsibilities include:

- Working across your section to deliver high-quality dishes throughout service
- Preparing fresh seafood, produce and other ingredients to a high standard
- Maintaining excellent food quality, presentation and consistency
- Supporting the wider kitchen team during busy services
- Keeping your section organised, clean and service-ready
- Following food safety, hygiene and kitchen procedures

What we are looking for:

- Previous experience as a CDP or in a similar chef role
- Strong understanding of kitchen operations and food preparation
- A genuine passion for quality food and hospitality
- Ability to work calmly and efficiently in a high-volume environment
- Great communication and teamwork skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to get stuck in
- Availability across a range of shifts,



including evenings and weekend
