We're looking for an experienced and passionate Dermal & Laser Therapist to join our expanding team at bo' Aesthetics .

Key Responsibilities

- Perform advanced laser and dermal treatments, including laser hair reduction, skin rejuvenation, pigmentation and vascular treatments.
- Conduct comprehensive skin consultations and develop personalised treatment plans based on each client's concerns and goals.
- Provide clear pre- and post-treatment education to support protected treatment and optimal results.
- Deliver exceptional client experiences while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and care.
- Recommend tailored skincare routines and treatment plans to support long-term skin health and results.
- Confidently educate clients on suitable treatments and professional skincare products.
- Maintain strict hygiene, safety and treatment protocols in accordance with clinic and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate client records and treatment documentation.
- Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure a consistent and elevated client experience.
- Stay up to date with the latest developments,



technologies and treatment protocols within the dermal and aesthetic industry.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

- Qualified in Dermal Therapy, Beauty Therapy or a related discipline.
- Holds a current QLD Radiation Health Licence for Laser Hair Reduction.
- Experienced in advanced laser and dermal treatments, with experience in vascular and pigmentation treatments highly regarded.
- Confident conducting skin consultations and creating personalised treatment plans.
- Passionate about skin health, results and client education.
- Professional, reliable and confident in communicating with clients.
- Comfortable recommending treatments and professional skincare based on individual client needs.
- Driven to achieve excellent client outcomes while maintaining a high level of care.
- Committed to ongoing education and professional development.
- A positive team player who values collaboration and contributes to a supportive clinic culture.
