Key responsibilities

- Leading member engagement and communication initiatives across the Club
- Preparing member newsletters, updates, website content, social media posts and event promotions
- Managing the Club's website, social media platforms and digital communications
- Developing and implementing marketing campaigns and promotional activities
- Coordinating Club events, corporate functions and community activities
- Promoting major Club events, hospitality offerings, membership initiatives and community partnerships
- Creating engaging content including graphics, photography, video and promotional material
- Building robust relationships with members, sponsors, suppliers, media and community stakeholdersSupporting initiatives that drive membership engagement, visitation, event participation and revenue growth
- Coordinating the Club's sponsorship schedule and supporting sponsorship relationships

About you

- Experience in marketing, communications, events, hospitality, tourism, sport or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A strong understanding of social media, digital marketing and member/customer engagement
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- A creative approach to content, promotions and event delivery
- Confidence working with members, staff, sponsors, suppliers and community groups
- A friendly,



professional and team-focused attitude
- High attention to detail and a willingness to take ownership of projects
- Experience within clubs, hospitality, sport, tourism or events will be highly regarded
