Smart Apprenticeship Solutions is seeking a passionate and organised Field Officer to support apprentices and trainees across their employment journey. You’ll guide onboarding, monitor progress, support wellbeing and help them build successful careers.
Based within the Busy Group network in eastern Australia, you’ll build solid relationships with host employers, conduct site visits, mentor candidates, coordinate inductions and ensure WHS compliance while contributing to workforce development.
