Receive and process transport bookings received via high volume email, spreadsheet and client portals.
Generate consignments in our Transport Management System (TMS)and replicate in Outlook calendar.
Coordinate timeslot bookings for freight into distribution centres via email and client portals.
Manage inbound and outbound customer service enquiries including providing updates on consignment status, PODs, delivery timelines, and service issues.
Provide general administrative and operational support to the transport allocator and warehouse team
What We’re Looking For
Proficient IT skills across Microsoft Office (particularly Outlook and Excel)
Transport Management or Warehouse Management system experience highly regarded.
Reliability and excellent punctuality with a high attention to detail
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
A calm, solutions-focused approach in fast-paced environments
Qualified communication skills and confidence dealing with customers
