This position plays a key role in providing direct administrative support for the relevant section, keeping the customer at the heart of all activities. The role also supports the smooth coordination of day-to-day administrative processes to help the section deliver effective services., Provide excellent customer service to a wide-ranging customer base including external and internal customers, government departments, council leadership, Mayor, and Council. Deliver service requests, work orders, record keeping, correspondence, analysis and reporting, scheduling, and procurement activities to meet the needs of the section. Ensure document preparation is aligned with section/division objectives and factually responds to the issue at hand. Ensure accurate record keeping (including decisions, recommendations, and resolutions) in the appropriate system in accordance with all record keeping standards. Ensure the workflow and work performance of the administration unit is optimal. Provide support across the administration function of the division from multiple work sites, as required. All other duties as reasonably required.

About the Candidate
Qualifications commensurate with Certificate IV in Business or similar competency and/or minimum 3 years relevant experience. Current "C" class drivers' licence Well-developed excellent customer service and communication skills Excellent computer skills including proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite Ability to work independently along with the ability to prioritise and manage time effectively Undertaking duties in various work locations and teams throughout the Infrastructure and Operations Division as required.
