You will assist customers with account access, passwords, deposits and withdrawals, and ensure issues are escalated promptly.
Structured onboarding begins with emails and supervised chats, progressing to calls. Full-time, 38 hours per week, in office, rotating fortnightly rosters including early, mid-day and late shifts.
