Service Coordinator / Scheduler | Trades & Maintenance

1 Service Group is a growing essential services business providing fire protection, plumbing and mechanical maintenance across major infrastructure and commercial sites in Sydney.

We are looking for an experienced Service Coordinator / Scheduler to join our Castle Hill team. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role coordinating technicians, scheduling maintenance works, managing client requests and helping ensure jobs are completed on time.

What you’ll be doing

You will coordinate field technicians and subcontractors, manage preventative maintenance and reactive service jobs, prepare and follow up quotes and work orders, liaise with clients and suppliers, maintain accurate records in Simpro, track job progress, assist with stock and parts ordering and support daily service operations.

What we’re looking for

You will suit this role if you have experience in service coordination, scheduling, dispatch, trades administration,



facilities maintenance, fire, plumbing, HVAC, electrical or similar.

You will need solid organisation skills, good communication, attention to detail, confidence managing multiple jobs at once, and the ability to work in a busy service environment.

Experience with Simpro or another job management system is highly regarded.

This is a stable full-time role in an essential services industry, with long-term contracts, a supportive team, early start / early finish hours, and genuine chance to grow into senior coordination or operations roles.

You’ll be joining a business that is growing, busy and focused on delivering high-quality service to major clients.

Location: Castle Hill
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm
