Anila Recruitment is supporting the recruitment of an experienced OOSH Director for a values-driven NFP organisation in Summer Hill. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced OOSH leader to take ownership of the day-to-day operations of a well-established service, leading a team and driving high-quality outcomes for children and families.
The successful candidate will be confident in leading an OOSH environment across Before School Care, After School Care and Vacation Care, with strong knowledge of compliance, programming, staffing and service operations.
The organisation is seeking a leader who is visible, hands-on and approachable, someone who can build strong relationships with educators and families while maintaining high standards across the service.
Role Details:

- Permanent full-time leadership position
- Up to $55 per hour + Super + allowances and benefits
- Salary negotiable for the right candidate
- Mix of split and block shifts available
- Full operational oversight of the OOSH service
- Leadership responsibility for educators and day-to-day service operations

About You:

- Previous experience in an OOSH leadership role such as Director, Coordinator, 2IC or Assistant Coordinator
- Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and requirements relevant to OSHC
- Demonstrated experience leading and supporting educators
- Strong knowledge of OOSH programming, compliance and child safety
- Confident managing staffing, rosters, family communication and day-to-day operations
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to lead a team with a hands-on and collaborative approach
- Diploma or relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education, School Age Education or a related field highly regarded
