- Part‑time (0.6 FTE) fixed term position until June 2028.
- Band 6 from $46.53 - $51.63 per hour, plus superannuation.
About The Role
- Coordinate the delivery of the Baby Makes 3 program across Ballarat.
- Support and supervise facilitators and workforce development activities.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with health, community and education sectors.
- Support services to implement gender equality action plans and shared parenting initiatives.
- Lead monitoring, evaluation and reporting activities.
- Facilitate collaboration across stakeholders to achieve sustainable community outcomes.
About You
- Experience in project coordination, program delivery or service development within community health, early years, family services or related sectors.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and partnership‑building skills.
- Experience supporting staff, facilitators or workforce development initiatives.
- Well‑developed organisational, communication and project management skills.
- An understanding of gender equality, prevention of family violence and/or health promotion frameworks.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in health promotion, community development, social work or a related discipline.
Key Selection Criteria
- Experience in program coordination, project management, or service delivery in community health, early years, or family services.
- Demonstrated experience supervising or supporting staff or facilitators.
- Proven ability to coordinate partnerships across multiple organisations.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills (including event/logistics coordination).
- Demonstrated experience in data collection, reporting, and accountability against funding requirements.
- Understanding of gender equality and prevention of family violence.
- Demonstrated experience in program coordination, project management, or service delivery in community health, early years, or family services.
- Demonstrated experience in monitoring, evaluation and reporting.
- Experience delivering or coordinating group programs for families.
- Knowledge of Victorian prevention frameworks (e.g. Respect Victoria).
- Qualified Baby Makes 3 Facilitator or willingness to obtain.
