What You’ll Be Doing

As an Administration Officer Level 2 (Ward Clerk), you’ll provide essential administrative and customer service support to the ward, helping clinical teams operate efficiently and ensuring patients, families and visitors receive a welcoming and qualified experience.

- Provide responsive front-of-house, reception and customer service support to patients, families, visitors and staff.
- Maintain accurate patient information, records and data across iPIMS, SYNAPTIX and other electronic systems.
- Coordinate patient files,



documentation, clothing and property, as well as the delivery and collection of essential ward items.
- Support the Nursing Unit Manager and multidisciplinary team with day-to-day ward administration and patient flow activities.
- Work confidently in a fast-paced environment, using initiative to manage competing priorities and resolve routine issues with limited supervision.
