CP Safety International is an established Australian-owned business specialising in innovative commercial vehicle safety products supplied across the transport, mining, agriculture, and engineering sectors.

We're looking for a capable and practical Office & Warehouse Coordinator to become a key part of our team.

This is a genuinely varied role. One minute you might be processing an invoice, helping a customer, or reconciling an account; the next, you'll be in the warehouse getting an urgent order ready for dispatch.

What you'll be doing

- Accounts administration, invoicing, and reconciliations
- Payroll and superannuation processing
- Accounts receivable and debtor follow-up
- Processing customer orders and payments




- Responding to customer enquiries
- Coordinating freight and couriers
- Picking, packing, and dispatching orders
- Receiving and managing incoming stock
- Stock control and inventory management
- Keeping the warehouse organised, safe and effective

About you

We're looking for someone who is:

- Organised, accurate and switched on
- Confident with administration, accounts, and systems
- Friendly and professional with customers
- Practical, hands-on and willing to get involved
- Comfortable working independently and using initiative
