Our client, a well-established and respected Dealership in Brighton, is currently looking for a dedicated Service Advisor to join their professional team. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a prestigious dealership environment that values high standards of customer service and staff development.

- Competitive basic salary of £29,500 per annum, negotiable depending on experience
- Uncapped bonus scheme with an OTE of up to £38,000
- Working hours Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- 1-in-4 Saturday mornings (8:00 AM – 1:00 PM), retail work only — no workshop duties
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, with additional holiday entitlement based on length of service

Duties:

- Delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining high standards and professionalism
- Managing service bookings efficiently,



ensuring accurate and timely processing
- Upselling service plans, warranties, and additional customer needs
- Handling paperwork processing and auditing to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, encouraging repeat business
- Driving sales and profit growth through effective communication and upselling
- Upholding the dealership’s professional image and quality standards consistently

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Service Advisor within a prestige or franchised dealership environment
- Excellent communication, organisational, and customer service skills
- A professional and friendly approach to customers and team members
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Basic Motor Trade knowledge and sales skills
- Familiarity with Power DMS and RTC systems is advantageous
- Motivated to develop within the automotive industry and achieve targets
