Collier and Miller is here to help you source and supply a huge range of specialty and consumer products within the Agricultural, Engineering and industrial sectors. We are currently seeking to hire a qualified and experienced Metal Machinist to join our manufacturing department in Griffith NSW. The successful candidate will need to undertake and possess:

- Study and read drawings and specifications to determine suitable material, method and sequence of operations and machine settings
- Fit fabricated metal parts into products and assembling metal parts to produce machines and equipment
- Setting guides, stops and other controls on machining tools, setting up prescribed cutting and shaping tools in machines and presses, and setting controls for machines




- Forming metal stock and casting to fine tolerances using machining tools to press, cut, grind, plane, bore and drill metal
- Cutting, threading, bending and installing hydraulic and pneumatic pipes and lines
- Diagnosing faults and performing operational maintenance of machine, and overhauling and repairing mechanical parts and fluid power equipment

Skills & Abilities

- Certificate III in Engineering Mechanical trade
- Ideally have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a related field
- Experience with beams lines and plasma plate cutting

Salary range is $70,000 - $85,000pa commensurate with experience Full time Position available Application opens on 10th of August 2026 and closes on 10th of September 2026.
