We are partnering with a well-established and growing financial planning firm seeking an experienced Client Services Officer (CSO) or Client Services Manager (CSM) to join their team.

This opportunity is ideally suited to a career CSO/CSM who enjoys being an integral part of the advice process, building strong client relationships and providing high-quality support to Financial Advisers.

There is no expectation to progress into advice . The business is looking for someone who takes pride in client service and wants to become a trusted, long-term member of the team.

The Opportunity

Working closely with Financial Advisers and clients, you will take ownership of the client service and administration process, ensuring advice is implemented accurately and clients receive an exceptional level of service.

Your responsibilities may include:

- Managing client communications and acting as a key point of contact
- Building strong, long-term relationships with clients
- Managing client review processes and meeting preparation
- Preparing and processing client documentation
- Implementing advice recommendations
- Liaising with platforms, product providers and external stakeholders
- Managing applications, transfers, rollovers and ongoing transactions
- Maintaining accurate client records and compliance documentation




- Managing adviser workflows and follow-up actions
- Ensuring clients are kept informed throughout the advice process
- Supporting improvements to internal processes and client service

About You

We are looking for someone who has already established themselves within financial planning support and enjoys what they do.

Ideally, you will bring:

- Previous experience as a CSO, Senior CSO, CSM or Adviser Support professional
- Strong knowledge of the financial planning advice and implementation process
- Experience using Xplan or a similar CRM
- Excellent client communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational capabilities
- Confidence managing competing priorities and workflows
- A proactive, reliable and team-focused approach
- A genuine desire to remain within client services rather than pursue an Adviser pathway
