We're looking for a proactive and organized Office Administrator to join our team in a full-time position located within beautiful Port Stephens NSW.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping things running smoothly, supporting a busy office environment, and delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders. Applicants should have 1-2 years experience as a minimum , in a similar role. Applicants holding a Certificate III in Business (Business Administration) will be desirable.
They will be confident using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook , have strong communication skills, and enjoy being the friendly first point of contact for visitors and enquiries. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handling incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries with warmth and efficiency
- Assist the sales team with calls and data entry
- Supporting customer service processes to ensure a consistently positive experience
- Updating spreadsheets, tracking data, and generating reports using Microsoft Excel
- Preparing documents and internal communications in Microsoft Word
- Supporting the team with general administrative tasks
- Maintaining filing systems and ensuring records are organized and accurate
- Coordinating office supplies, stationery orders, and general office upkeep
- Understand and navigate the internal program and Microsoft Outlook
- Proven problem-solving and critical thinking skills
