We are seeking experienced Front Lift Drivers to support our commercial and industrial waste collection operations in Silverwater for day shift . Role & Responsibilities:

- Operate front lift trucks to collect and transport commercial and industrial waste in Silverwater during day shifts.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and traffic regulations.
- Conduct daily pre‑shift vehicle inspections and report any issues.
- Assist with loading waste and ensure proper handling of materials.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism.




- Follow all safety policies and procedures, including fatigue management.
- Report incidents, near misses, and complete necessary documentation.

What makes you a GOgetter:

- A current and valid NSW HR or HC licence .
- Minimum 12 months experience operating front lift trucks or in the commercial waste industry.
- Experience working day shifts in industrial or commercial areas preferred.
- Full working rights in Australia.
- A clean and up-to-date driving record.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Reliable, flexible, and safety-focused with a positive "can-do" attitude.
- Ability to pass a medical check.
