St Vincent's Health Australia is seeking a Home Care Scheduler to join the Eltham team. You will coordinate staff rostering, liaise with care coordinators and ensure timely, person-centred services for clients. The role is full time, based at the Eltham Aged Care facility, with standard Monday–Friday hours.
The successful candidate will have experience with scheduling systems (Procurra, Kronos, Workday) and a strong commitment to compassionate, community-focused care in a not-for-profit setting.
