We are a leading provider of concrete retaining wall products across the state, and we’re looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Customer Service Coordinator to join our growing crew.

What you’ll be doing

As the face (and voice) of Outback Sleepers Victoria, you’ll be the heartbeat of our office. Your day-to-day will include:

- Being the Go‑To: Handling customer enquiries and orders via phone, email, and face-to-face visits.
- Expert Advice: Helping customers pick the right products and coordinating their deliveries.
- Keeping it Real: Managing data entry and records to keep our orders running like clockwork.
- Teamwork:



Collaborating with our different departments to make sure every customer leaves happy.
- Lending a Hand: Providing general administrative support to keep the office humming.

What we’re looking for

You don’t need to be a concrete expert yet (we’ll teach you that!), but we are looking for:

- The "People" Person: Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for great service.
- The Multitasker: Someone who thrives in a fast-paced workplace and doesn't sweat a deadline.
- The Problem Solver: High attention to detail and a "can-do" attitude.
- The "Comfortable with Technology": Solid computer and numerical skills.
- Bonus points: Experience with MYOB is a huge plus!
- Extra bonus: Sales Experience (nice to have, but definitely not deal-breaker).
