About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team on a Full-Time basis, servicing multiple sites across Penrith, NSW.

This is a hands-on role requiring both independent work and collaboration across a range of commercial and residential properties.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform general maintenance, repairs, and site preparation tasks
- Carry out basic carpentry, plastering, painting, patching, and tiling work
- Ensure all works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs
- Accurately complete job documentation, including photos and service reports
- Liaise professionally with clients and site contacts to ensure smooth service delivery
- Safely operate tools, ladders, and equipment in compliance with WHS standards

Skills & Experience:





- Proven experience in a handyman or maintenance role (residential or commercial)
- Strong problem-solving and finishing skills with great attention to detail
- Knowledge of WHS practices and safe work procedures
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable using mobile apps or technology for job tracking and reporting
- Valid Driver’s Licence (mandatory)
- Police Check and Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- First Aid, Working at Heights, and EWP Licence (preferred)
- Ability to obtain high-security site clearances if required
- COVID-19 and Influenza vaccinations, or willingness to comply with site health requirements
