What we're looking for

- Trade qualifications or proven extensive experience as a Painter and Decorator
- Strong technical knowledge of painting and decorating techniques, materials, and finishes
- Ability to prepare surfaces properly and achieve high-quality paint finishes
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering professional results
- Physical fitness and ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Current driver's licence and ability to travel to different job sites
- Strong work ethic,



reliability, and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Good communication skills and a qualified approach to client interactions
- Experience with both residential and commercial projects (preferred)
