YMCA Brisbane is seeking a passionate Coordinator to join our Springfield Lakes Outside School Hours Care service on a full-time basis. You will lead a team of educators, develop engaging, child-led programs, and build inclusive, vibrant communities.
You’ll oversee daily operations, ensure safety and compliance, and foster robust connections with families, schools and the local community. A Diploma in Children’s Services (or related) is required or currently studied; Blue Card and First Aid/CPR
