- Certificate III Educators – $30.81 per hour
- Diploma Qualified Educators – $32.52 per hour

You’ll also receive generous superannuation of 12.75%.

We are a long day care service, and we work together to provide consistent, high-quality experiences for children throughout the day.

About You

You are an enthusiastic, caring and dedicated educator who enjoys creating meaningful learning experiences for young children.

What you’ll bring:

- A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Great communication and relationship-building skills
- A caring, positive attitude and genuine love for working with young children
- A collaborative approach and enthusiasm for learning and growing with your team

Highly Valued but not essential:

- Previous experience working in Early Childhood Education
- Knowledge of the Reggio Emilia philosophy and its application in early learning
- Commitment to the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Experience in educational leadership or mentoring (for Lead Educators)
