Park Street Bistro, opening within The Kurrajong Hotel in Erskineville, is seeking an experienced Assistant Venue Manager to support the General Manager in leading the team and delivering robust operational, service and commercial outcomes.

This hands-on leadership role requires visibility on the floor, ownership of venue processes, and a solid understanding of service flow, guest experience, and cost controls. NSW RSA and Australian working rights are essential.
