Join The Star Gold Coast as a Food and Beverage Supervisor in one of our Signature Dining Venues, where your passion for exceptional guest experiences will see you lead and support the team on shift. You'll mentor and develop team members, oversee service flow and performance standards, ensure accurate cash handling, and contribute to achieving financial and operational targets. You will support smooth operational shift briefings, maintaining a solid focus on food and beverage service quality.

This is a fantastic opportunity to assist in leading the team in one of our signature dining venues at The Star Gold Coast, including Kiyomi and Cucina Vivo restaurants.

What we are looking for

- Supervisory experience within in a high-end restaurant
- Strong knowledge of premium wines and exceptional service standards

Proactive and well-organised, with meticulous attention to detail

- Flexible availability for evening dinner shifts
- Current QLD RSA Statement of Attainment
