The St Vincent de Paul Society NSW is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality, person-centred care for residents with complex health and social needs at Frederic House aged care facility. Shifts are primarily 9:00pm–7:00am, with some flexibility to take up additional shifts as service demands require.
You will apply clinical expertise, empathy and sound judgement to support residents’ health, manage complex needs and coordinate with care and community supports.
