Lutheran Disability Services (LDS) is seeking a Risk Officer to drive and support risk management across the organisation. The role focuses on identifying, assessing and mitigating risks to support LDS’s objectives while aligning with regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate will lead policy development, risk assessments, audits, and staff workshops, partnering with quality, safeguarding and executive leadership to promote a culture of compliance and continuous improvement.
