The Role

We’re looking for a standout Architect to join our Brisbane studio and play a key role in leading and delivering complex, design-driven projects across our national portfolio.

This role suits someone who thrives on variety, enjoys leading teams, and wants to be part of a practice where their voice is heard and their growth is actively supported.

What You’ll Bring

- Registered Architect
- 10+ years’ experience delivering commercial architecture in Australia (QLD experience preferred)
- Proven experience leading medium to large-scale projects
- Strong project leadership, documentation and contract administration skills
- High proficiency in Revit (AutoCAD also valued)
- Experience working within BIM-managed project environments




- Strong communication, team leadership and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive, collaborative mindset and a genuine passion for design excellence
- Willingness to travel interstate occasionally
