What your day could look like

As Manager Injury Prevention, you'll help create safer workplaces by leading injury prevention initiatives and partnering with leaders on workplace health and safety matters. Your work will support staff wellbeing and organisational performance. Every day, you'll:

- Lead a high-performing team to reduce risks and improve safety outcomes.
- Partner with leaders to strengthen safety capability, accountability and culture.
- Drive investigations and improvement initiatives to prevent future incidents.
- Use data and emerging risks to inform safety strategies and workforce wellbeing.

You're a people-focused leader who combines sound judgement with a genuine commitment to safety and wellbeing. You build strong relationships, manage complex challenges effectively and inspire positive change. You'll be motivated by creating safer workplaces and helping others succeed. To thrive in this role,



you'll bring:

- Leadership experience in workplace health and safety, injury prevention or a related field.
- Robust stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
- Experience managing risk, analysing issues and driving improvement.
- A collaborative approach and the ability to lead change and deliver results.

Qualifications in workplace health and safety, or experience leading safety programs in a large organisation, will be highly regarded. Above all, you'll demonstrate Compassion, Integrity, Dignity, Innovation and Courage while helping create safer workplaces for the people who care for our communities.
