Due to growing demand across our civil construction programs, we are looking for experienced operators and industry professionals to join our Hallam team as Trainer/Assessors.

The opportunity
- Deliver civil construction training and assessments (plant operations, tickets and short courses)
- Pass on your knowledge to the next generation of workers
- Be part of a structured, compliant and professional training environment
What we're looking for
- Strong civil construction experience (plant operation, site work,
or related fields)
- Tickets and experience across machinery such as excavators, skid steers, loaders or rollers highly regarded
- A safety-first mindset and understanding of site standards and compliance
- Ability to communicate clearly and work with people from all backgrounds
- Reliable, professional and takes pride in their work
