Optus is seeking an Associate Director, Transformation Delivery to steer delivery workstreams within the IT Transformation program. You will ensure scope, schedule, budget, and quality alignment, working with stream leads, technical teams, stakeholders, and vendors.

You will own project plans and governance, coordinate offshore and onshore teams, and produce regular updates for senior leadership. This role requires robust Jira/Jira Align skills and extensive telecom transformation experience.
