Bounce is seeking a Cafe Team Leader to own the cafe and broader food and beverage operation at our Melbourne venues. You will lead from the front, coach your team and uphold high standards to ensure guests receive outstanding service every day.
You'll drive the cafe forward during peak periods, focus on coffee quality, food presentation and team development, and contribute to a positive, high-performing culture aligned with Bounce values.
