Heidi is seeking a senior leader to own the cloud platform and reliability practice. You will lead a small team of cloud and reliability engineers, shaping SLOs, on-call operations, and infrastructure tooling across multiple regions including US, UK, Canada, Australia and Europe.
You'll partner with the Release Manager and engineering leads to improve deployment pipelines, rolling out feature flags, canaries, and rollback paths while keeping change lead times rapid and reliability high.
